From 2022-2023 I took part in the BLAST Arts-in-Education Residency programe. BLAST is an initiative by the Department of Education which gives students the opportunity to work with a professional artist. I was resident in Scoil an Chroí Ró-Naofa, Kilkenny (2022), Carlow Educate Together NS (2022), Scoil Mhuire Kilvemnon, Tipperary (2023) and St. John’s Senior NS Kilkenny (2023)
During this time I collaborated with the teachers and students on a variety of projects. Together we explored a wide range of topics and materials to create zines, class manifestos, spring affirmations, collaborative drawings, DIY projectors and buachlocha (talismans).
